Headwaters community members are organizing locally to support those who are displaced or suffering from Hurricane Harvey. More ideas for ways to help? Please fill out this form. If you are wanting to create a campus collection drive, be sure to talk to your Campus Manager to make sure they have capacity.

Circle of Health International

Laurie Knudsen is organizing a collection drive at the Springs Campus in support of Circle of Health International. Needed items include menstrual health products, women’s underwear, bras, personal hygiene items (travel size), newborn + baby clothes (washed),  diapers, cash to cover relocation costs (hotels, gas, etc.), ready-made/prepared food, and bottled water. Says Laurie, “For example, there is a mama who evacuated to Corpus Christi who has 2 very young kids, is scheduled for a c-section Tuesday and has had to relocate to a hotel.” Please drop items off at Springs Campus for Laurie to deliver, or mail/drop off at 2324 E Cesar Chavez, Austin, TX, 78702.
