Middle School Dance: Masquerade

Dear Middle School Students and Families,
Headwaters School would like to invite all middle school students to our annual Middle School Dance on Saturday, March 2, 2024 from 7-9 p.m. at Headwaters School River Campus on the Deck and in Building 2. The theme is Masquerade!
All Headwaters Middle School students are invited to attend this event. Students are welcome to invite one guest from outside our community with a request form. All guest names must be indicated on the ticket purchase form and families must fill out this Guest Request Form for Dances which requires signatures from Headwaters parent/guardian and the parent/guardian of the guest. This form must be completed and turned in to the front desk at least 48 hours in advance of the dance.
