K-1 Guides
CORRECTED DATE: This event will happen on October 10 to not conflict with the PVC Halloween Party the following week.
We are excited to announce that the Swifts, Doves, and Cardinals will be kicking off the much-loved tradition of Stay and Play! Our first two events will take place on Thursday, September 26th, and Thursday, October 10th, from 3:10 to 3:45 on the K1 playground. We will be skipping November and December due to our Sharing Feasts in November and winter break in Demember, but Stay and Play will resume in the spring, with dates to come at the start of the new year. Stay and Play is an optional event for families who wish to join.
During Stay and Play, we ask that parents remain responsible for their children’s safety as we’ll be taking this time to connect with all of you. If you would like to attend, simply pick your child up from Circle Drive or Aftercare as usual and bring them to the K1 playground. Your child’s Guide will join you at the playground once they’ve completed their Circle Drive duties for some fun social time!
Please remember that playground rules are posted on-site, and we ask everyone to be mindful of them. In particular, please remind your children to avoid roughhousing, aggressive play, jumping from swings, or standing on the monkey bars, as excitement can sometimes cause children to forget when parents are present.
