Passover starts the in the evening. Headwaters will not hold Major Events on these Jewish High Holy Days.
During the first two and last two days of Passover, many traditionally observant Jews will abstain from most of the same activities they avoid on the Sabbath — no driving, working, using electricity, lighting fires or spending money. On the intermediary days of the holiday — known as hol hamoed — those restrictions do not apply

History: Deliverance of the Jewish people from Egypt. The first and last two days are observed as full holidays. There are dietary restrictions against leavened products (such as bread, pastries, pasta, certain legumes and more) during all eight days of the holiday. Besides Kosher restrictions, the use of leavening is prohibited; matzah is eaten in place of bread.
