The Ethiopian Christmas is celebrated by the Ethiopian Orthodox, Eritrean Orthodox as well as the Protestant and Catholic denomination in Ethiopia on 7 January. History: A distinct feature of Ethiopian Christmas is the traditional hockey game long associated with the holiday.
