Owls Project: Shelter Showcase on 12/17

Creek Campus Birds Nest
This semester, our Early Elementary Owls have been deeply engaged in Project: SHELTER, a transdisciplinary exploration of the fundamental human need for shelter. Starting with the "why" and "how," your children have delved into the forces—both concrete and abstract—that drive this essential need. From brainstorming and multi-step research to hands-on building and problem-solving, they’ve worked collaboratively to create and share a sense of "home."

We’ve taken full advantage of our eleven wild acres of the Birds’ Nest, weaving the outdoors into this rich learning experience. Core concepts in mathematics, geography, language, and the fundamental needs of humans were brought to life, alongside the magic of childhood forest dreams.

We’re incredibly proud of the heart and soul your Owls have poured into this project, and we can’t wait for you to see their amazing work!
