Parenting comes with its fair share of challenges, especially in high-stress moments. Join us in person on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, from 6–7:30 p.m., for an insightful session with Caroline Roesel, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with over a decade of experience working with children and teens facing mild to severe behavioral challenges.

Caroline will introduce practical strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help parents manage everyday stress, stay calm during tantrums, and support their child with confidence. Whether you’re navigating big emotions or simply looking for ways to parent with more patience and presence, this session will provide valuable tools to bring more clarity and ease to your parenting journey.
