Camp Headwaters Primary is for children ages 3-5 and is open to Headwaters students and Austin-area children
Camp Headwaters operates for nine weeks each summer on the Headwaters School Springs Campus at 6305 Menchaca Rd., Austin, TX 78745. Our camp program offers an enriching experience filled with themed activities and plenty of outdoor play. With a focus on creativity, exploration, and fun, we provide a well-rounded camp experience that keeps kids engaged and excited all day long.
 
Camp Headwaters Primary is for children ages 3-5 and is open to Headwaters students and Austin-area children.

To maximize consistency and routine, Camp Headwaters will run in four two-week sessions, with a shortened/modified session the week of the 4th of July. Extended Care is offered before and after the camp day for an additional charge.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any session canceled by Headwaters will be subject to a 100% refund of tuition paid. Cancellations must be made in writing to camp@headwaters.org. Cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to the start of the canceled session will be eligible for a 100% refund of tuition paid minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made 2-4 weeks prior to the start of the canceled session will be eligible for a 50% refund of tuition paid minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the canceled session will not be eligible for a refund of tuition paid. This policy stands whether or not the vacated spot is filled.
